This month sees Lesley Roley return to London lights in two very intimate rare gigs. Harking from Newcastle the young acoustic songstress is steadily making a name for herself up and down the country with her self released EP – given an added boost by a recent tour supporting none other than Don ‘American Pie,’ Maclean himself.
Her songs pan out in a whimsical heartfelt manner with the tones of an angelic Eva Cassidy drinking gin with Bjork and the gaul of the Futureheads. Top songs are Mr Sad and Missing though expect a few random covers thrown in for nostalgia.
